Client Agreement
Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and 50% retainer are required to reserve a session date. Remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours notice. Weather-related reschedules are free.
Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered via online gallery within the stated delivery timeframe.
Editing
Photographer selects and edits all final images. RAW/unedited files are not provided.
Copyright
Photographer retains copyright to all images. Client receives a personal-use license for printing, sharing, and personal social media use.
Model Release
Client grants permission for images to be used in photographer marketing, website, portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
Print Quality
Photographer guarantees quality only for prints ordered directly through photographer-recommended labs.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond photographer control, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.
Cancellation
Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new session date within 12 months.
