Project 5: Visual Identity System for Building Bridges Youth Programs

Building Bridges is an after-school non-profit company (NPC) that provides psychosocial, educational, and skills-based support to youth facing extreme poverty. Based in the Bellville South community of Cape Town, South Africa, many kids in the neighborhood do not have parental supervision, food, or care after school.
Each year, a class of University of Minnesota, Twin Cities students volunteers at Building Bridges during their one-month study abroad class. See the students dancing with the kids and painting the colorful new logo onto the outside wall of the shipping container facility building.
